Mix in large bowl:
5 1/2 c. oats
1/3 c. powdered milk
1 TBSP. cinnamon
1/3 c. wheat germ
coconut and slivered almonds (I did 1 cup of each)

Mix in another bowl and pour over oat mixture:
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. canola oil
3/4 c. honey
1/4 c. molasses
1 TBSP. vanilla

Stir everything together and spread on a cookie sheet.  Bake at 200 degrees for 2 hours.  Turn off oven and let sit in there for 2 more hours.  Break apart and add raisins if desired.  I store mine in a glass container or a Ziploc bag.

This makes a good amount of granola, but it doesn't last very long at our house!

  1. I havent made your recipe yet but I had to laugh because my recipe that I was telling you about is the same... It makes a lot but it's gone FAST!
